31 December 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 82

Added function "Aspects List" (chart menu).
Event Data: added an alternative way to input date and time (see "Date and Time" button).
Added option to display degrees and minutes of planet on a chart.
Realized determination of aspects application/separation for progressed planets.
Fixed bug of time zone determination when copying the reference date.
Fixed some minor bugs.

Updated ZET web-services. The range of calculation dates is from 1901 to 2027 years.

23 December 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 81

Realized look-up time zone table (automatic switching standard/summer time in dynamics of time.
Added indicator of the look-up time zone tables status in the status line.
Arabic parts: added the "Ayanamsa" constant (AY), allows to define a point with a longitude independent of zodiac (tropical, sidereal), e.g. formula "40+AY" defines 10 Taurus point for any zodiac.
Tabular Ephemeris: realized possibility of calculation for dates B.C. Example of date: 01.01.2000B - 2000 B.C.
Fixed some minor bugs and defects.

17 December 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 80

Astrological Tables, Ingress of Planet: added "Ingress of All Planets" function, - calculated all planets, includes in Chart Settings, "Planets" tab.
[Pro] Aspects Diagram: added "Ingress in Signs" function. In the "Color planets" mode the line of planet in home and in sign displays with color of this planet in the diagram.
Added "Reduce orb of divergent aspect at N % relative to nominal". See Chart Settings, Aspects tab.
Added option of displaying "Doriphoros" and "Auriga" planets on a chart, added possibility to setup any set of planets, recognised as Doriphoros and Auriga (also used in astro-formulae calculation).
Astro-formula language: allowed formula "planet in external house", e.g, SO'.H1' (the transit Sun in the first transit house).
Event Data: added "Cosmogram" button, when pressed hides houses in a chart. The "Cosmogram" mode automatically setted when choose a chart from Database or History log, if word "Cosmogram" is specified except a location name.
The Aspect Table: fixed bug of displaying of minutes in reduced format, elaborated the menu of functions.
Event data: fixed bug of "Now" function.

9 December 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 78

Astro-formula language: added arithmetic operations: +, -, *, /, added arithmetic functions MAX (maximum), MIN (minimum), added function MoonMansion (planets in Moon's Mansions).
Checking of astroformula function: added possibility of tracing of calculation of complex formulae.
Some minor elaborations.
Corrected defects of aspect diagram, aspect add and edit functions, displaying of aspects on a chart.
Fixed bug of planet-"auriga" calculation.
Fixed bug of rename database page function.

Added function to calculate a list of midpoints of all activated objects. See Tables, List of Midpoints.
Natal Chart: in a planet's hint added information about nearest coinside aspect of this planet. Added options to paint a planet by color of nearest aspect. See Chart Settings, Wheel, Cokored planets.
Fixed bug, sometimes arises a "StringToJD..." message when ZET started.
Fixed bug, leads to a program fail when combination a house system in which a cusp of 1st or 10th house differ from Asc or MC, and option to disply of house almutens.
Fixed bug, concerned with using names of numeral variables of the astro-formula language.

25 November 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 75

Astro-formula language: added "numerical" type of variable, e.g. condition "Mercury conjoined with two or more planets" is possible to write as:
n ::= ME.0.SO-PL;
n >= 2
Astro-formula language: realized possibility to specify in one set other type objects: planets, cusps, almutens of houses, e.g.:
A1,H1.Leo - the almuten of 1st house or Ascendant in Loe.
Astro-formula language: added function "Birthday", e.g. the clause "Tomorrow native's birthday" may write as:
n ::= BirthDay;
n == 1
Astro-formula language: elaborated functiom "Aspects Configuration" for database search.
Elaborated function "Daily Watch": added possibility to use an interpretation text at UNI format, it allows to monitor some events at the same time, and display appropriate messages in a report. You can invoke the Daily Watch report again by "Alt=9" keys.
Realised two variants of house almuten calculation (definitions): 1) ruler of sign at a house cusp, 2) by Alcabitius.

Astro-formula language: added functions "Date", "Time", "Moon Void of Course", "Doriphoros, Auriga", "Aspects Configuration". See User Guide.
General Settings, "Language" function: reset a language of interface now possible without restart ZET.

5 November 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 72

Added settings of individual colors of Zodiac signs on a chart wheel. See "Chart Settings", "Color", "Colors of Zodiac Signs" menu item. Click left mouse button on a cell of signs table to invoke a color dialog for selecting a glyph or sector color. Right mouse button invokes a menu of additional functions.
Enhanced identification of A*C*G lines for dual and complex charts.
The catalog of virtual objects: realized a function of adding objects from seorbel.txt file (Swiss ephemeris).
The Ctrl+Z keys now restores an event data, but not changes a comment.
Fixed bug, sometimes appears when calculates a chain of rulers.
Fixed bug of "planet hour" interpreattion.
Fised bug of database saving in case of using mm/dd/yyyy date format.
Fixed bug of calculation of Solar Arc Direction zodiacal.
Fixed some minor bugs.

29 October 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 71

Search for Event: added possibility to input step of search, less then 1 minute, and input interval of search with time (not only date).
Orbs of Aspects table: added Block Editing function. To select a block of cells: pressing Shift key, click the right bottom cell, then release Shift and click top left cell. Also you can select whole rows or/and columns clicking first column or first row of table (with and without Shift key). The Block Editing wizard invoked by popup menu item.
General Interpretation: added possibility to insert in the interpretation text the comment, specified in UNI-book. The format of comment is same as for output the comment of chart:
//* - begin of comment (in first position),
*// - end of comment.

23 October 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 70

Added "Lilith (True) as second focus of Moon's orbit", takes place in topocentric system. See "Common Settings".
The eclipse data at chart: added count of days, since last eclipse, and remainder to nearest future one (one month range), and also, time of beginning and end of eclipse (partial fase). Displays the Sun longitude for newmoon/fullmon, but time of maximum of eclipse.
Optimized some functions.
Cancelled restriction: in formula of Parts was accepted only active Parts.
Fixed bug of "Celestia Sphere" tableau, leads to planet glyphs distortions in some modes.
Fixed bug of "Meridian line of star" (A*C*G), sometime leads to program fail.
Fixed some other bugs.

Arabic Parts: added possibility to use parts in a formula of part, e.g, you may write "H1+JU-for", where "for" is the code of Part of Fortune. Note: the code of part should begin with lowercase letter, i.e, "for" is correct, but "For" is wrong.
Arabic Parts: restored the "Calculation" column.
Added the "Evolution by Conway" tableau-screensaver, invoked by "Alt+\" keys. See settings in the tableau menu.
Fixed bug, sometimes leads to a fault of program, when work with A*C*G.
Fixed some minor bugs.

10 October 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 68

Added possibility to display any set of columns of additional data in a Planet Table, for inner and outher chart rings separatelly (see Chart Settings, Data tab, Additional Data button and check-box).
Added option to display a header of Planet Table (see Chart Settings, Data tab, Additional Data).
Added option "Colored Planets in Tables". See Charts Settings, Wheel tab, Colored Planets check-box (note: you may save and restore colors of charts elements and planets with "Color" menu item of Planet tab of Chart Settings).
Optimized function of rectification and function of displying star lines in A*C*G.
Uploaded a variant of ZET font with more bigger glyphs (Font0310.zfn file), see "Additional files".
Fixed bug of Aspect Diagram: sometimes displayed non-existing aspects.
Fixed bug, sometimes leads to a fault of window's interface in case of long time work of interpretation module.

Cancelled restriction of shortcut count (see Chart menu, "Create Shortcut" item). Added shortcut functions: "Set source time for all", "Set background time for all", "Delete all shortcuts".
[Pro] Added function "Aspect Dynamics" for progressions and directions.
Restored function of font settings for forms and tables. See "General Settings", "Misc." tab, "MainFont" and "Fixsed-width Font" buttons. Note: if when font setting created was opened any form, which contains a table, then it need to reopen it. Font setting not effected to system menu and hints.
Fixed some minor bugs.
Corrected the timezone table of Cyprus.

[Geo] A*C*G: Added function of displying lines of rising, settings and culminations of all stars, given by filter. See "ACG Settings", "Stars".
Added "Planets List - outer aspecting rings" color setting option. See "Chart Settings", "Color" tab.
[Special] Added function to find data of second partner by data of first one and given Davison Chart.
Fixed some minor bugs.
Corrected the timezone table of Bulgaria.

[Geo] Enabled the upgrade of topographical map, allows to draw sea depths. See User Guide, "Setup of geographical map" chapter (update upd60917-e)
Added "Dynamic Interpretation Enabled" option. See "General Settings". If checked, may severly slow down computer when created interpretation together with real time mode (former default).
Fixed some minor bugs.

The timezone table USSR38 for Omsk region of Russia (RUOM) replaced by USSR86, see upd60904.rar update.
Fixed bug of function "Save Chart Image".
Fixed bug of read/write files dialogs with realtime mode, sometimes leads to program fail.

3 September 2006. Upgrade ZET 8, release 61

Added function of program main window minimization by keys Alt+F11. This function meant for minimization a program in case, if any modal window (e.g., "Search for event") opened.
Deleted function of chart preview.
Added function "Save Chart Image" (former name "Save as...", which allows:
- to save image of natal chart or geomap as GIF, JPG, or BMP-files,
- to open file of image with appropriate Windows application for viewing and print out from this application (may use as alternative of direct printing from ZET),
- to specify any enlargement of saving image (relatively screen chart size), it allows to increase quality with alternative print out.
The finction "Open..." (saving and opening chart image file) replaced with "Open image..." function (invoke standard open file dialog).
Fixed bug of circular placement of planets for single chart with middle zodiac belt location.
Fixed bug of deleting History records, sometimes leads to program fail.
